Western Area Neighbourhood Watch Meeting invitation

Thursday 26th November 2026: 2pm to 5pm

Long Melford Village Memorial Hall, Long Melford. CO10 9JQ

Dear Resident

We would very much welcome your attendance at our Annual Neighbourhood Watch Western Area Meeting in Long Melford on the 26th November 2026.

We are inviting Suffolk Police Officers; Local Councillors and Neighbourhood Watch members from across the West Policing Area.

We have the four locality Inspectors giving us an update on their respective areas, a police Scenes of Crime Officer giving a talk on their role in assisting the police in solving crimes, and an officer telling us about the Nominated Neighbour Scheme we have jointly launched in the Sudbury and Haverhill policing area.

Your experience and support can greatly strengthen our voice across the West Command area.

To help new and existing NHW Schemes we have a limited range of FREE leaflets on membership and crime prevention, street-signs and branded stickers.

These items are essential for boosting the visibility of Neighbourhood Watch in your street, community, parish or town.

Please register your attendance and thank you to those that have already registered!
